Victoria (Vicki) S.T. Tilley, PT, GCS
Vicki is the founder and president of ElderFit In Home Rehab- North Carolina, a rehabilitative private practice providing home based therapy and wellness consultation services in Durham, Orange, and Alamance counties for seven years. She has been a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist for twelve years. She has been practicing for 25 years and has specialized in working with older adults. She is committed to providing quality rehabilitative and wellness services for older adults in their communities and homes.
Vicki is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the North Carolina Physical Therapy Association (NCPTA). She has participated in patient advocacy activities at the local and national level. She is a recognized expert on Medicare reimbursement and has lectured locally and nationally on reimbursement and wellness practice topics.
Vicki also acts as a consultant for Special Olympics, Inc. She is a part of a team of health professionals who work with the Special Olympics Healthy Athletes program. The mission of Healthy Athletes is to provide free health screenings for individuals with intellectual disabilities during Special Olympics athletic events. Vicki works with FUNfitness, the Physical Therapy screening program. She is responsible for monitoring the implementation and coordination of the FUNfitness programs in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Craig DeBussey, PT, DPT
Craig has practiced as a physical therapist in North Carolina for 25 years. His work in biomedical research helped develop his interest in a career in healthcare. He received his M.S. in Physical Therapy from Duke University and has worked in a variety of clinical settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and several retirement communities. He recently received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana.
As a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and North Carolina Physical Therapy Association (NCPTA), Craig has held a number of leadership positions including:
- Chair, Capital District of the NC Physical Therapy Association
- Delegate, APTA House of Delegates
- Chair, NCPT-Political Action Committee
- Chair, Task Force on LPTA/Aide Supervision
- Guest lecturer for the PT programs at Duke University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Most recently Craig is the NCPTA Liaison to the NC Falls Prevention Coalition, and chairs the NCPTA Task Force on Falls Prevention.
Outside of work he enjoys fishing, cooking, and woodworking.

Carolyn Johnson, PT, DPT
Carolyn Johnson graduated from Elon University in 2003 with a Master's in Physical Therapy and in 2004 with a Transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her physical therapy experience has focused mainly on the adult orthopedic and neurologic populations in a variety of settings including acute care, rehabilitation facilities and most recently in home health. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Geriatric Section and the Gerontological Society of America. She is currently a student at UNC Chapel Hill working towards her PhD in Human Movement Science with a focus on aging.

Eileen Keaveney, PT
Eileen Keaveney graduated from Ithaca College in 1988 with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Over the past twenty years, Eileen's clinical experience has been interesting and varied within several different settings. She has developed focus on geriatrics and is particularly interested in wellness and fitness of senior citizens. Eileen also works as a physical therapist in an inpatient rehab hospital which provides her with a broad base of experience and skills.
Mary Beth Osborne, PT, DPT
Mary Beth Osborne graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 1989 with a BS in Physical Therapy and 2009 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her physical therapy experience is largely focused in the adult neurologic population. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Neurology Section. She also works using hippotherapy (PT treatment using a horse's movement as a treatment tool) for adults and children. She is a teaching assistant for UNC Chapel Hill's distance education Doctorate in Physical Therapy program for the Advanced Neurologic class and Evidenced-based Practice class.
Deborah Constantine, MHS, PT
Deborah graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1981. She received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1998 with an emphasis in Neurology. In addition to her Master's degree, Deborah has developed clinical skills in a number of areas including geriatrics, sports medicine, orthopedics and low back/spine care. She has practiced in a wide variety of clinical settings including hospitals, outpatient settings, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and home care. In addition to her clinical expertise, Deborah has been a guest lecturer and adjunct professor at FIU in Miami, Florida and at UNC Chapel Hill. She currently practices as a home care physical therapist with a focus on geriatric care.
Debbie Erb, PT
Sharon Moore, OT
Sharon graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2010 with a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy and an Interdisciplinary Certificate in Aging. Her clinical experience includes inpatient rehab, continuing care retirement communities, and long term care for older adults in Guatemala. She is bilingual and has a particular interest in occupational justice for diverse communities of older adults. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the North Carolina Occupational Therapy Association, and the World Federation of Occupational Therapy.
